Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 22, 2026
1. Introduction
Serving Irvings Home Services ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or request a quote. By using this site, you accept the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in two ways:
- Information you provide: when you submit a quote request or contact us, you give us details such as your name, phone number, email, address/ZIP, and the description of the service you need.
- Information collected automatically: as you browse we may collect technical
data such as IP address, device/browser information, pages visited, referring URL, and
identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies (including advertising and analytics
cookies such as Meta's
_fbp/_fbc). This helps us operate the site, prevent abuse, improve the experience, and measure and deliver advertising.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your quote request and schedule service.
- To contact you by phone, text (SMS), or email about your request or our services.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website.
- To measure, attribute, and improve our marketing, including sending hashed identifiers (such as hashed email or phone number) and event data to advertising platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure ad performance, build Custom Audiences, create similar (lookalike) audiences, and deliver relevant ads to you and others.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information as follows:
- Service providers who help us operate our business (for example, email, SMS, hosting, analytics, and scheduling tools), only to the extent needed to deliver those services.
- Advertising partners such as Meta Platforms, Inc. We share hashed identifiers (like hashed email or phone number) and event data (such as page views, form submissions, and call clicks) so these partners can measure our ads, match users for attribution, and help us build Custom and similar (lookalike) audiences. Under some state laws, this kind of disclosure for targeted advertising is considered a "sale" or "share"; you can opt out as described in Section 8.
- Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure and deliver advertising. The main categories:
- Essential: needed for the site to function (for example, our
_tccookie that records your tracking-consent choice). - Analytics and advertising: set by us and third parties such as Meta
(including
_fbpand_fbc) to measure traffic, understand ad performance, and deliver ads on Meta platforms and elsewhere.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of our advertising tracking as described in Section 8. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Advertising, Analytics, and Custom Audiences
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure our ads. This may include sending Meta event data (for example, page views, quote submissions, and call-button clicks) together with hashed identifiers (such as hashed email, phone number, IP address, and browser cookies) so Meta can match the event to a user.
We also upload customer contact information (in hashed form) to Meta to build Custom Audiences and similar audiences for advertising. You can opt out of this use at any time as described in Section 8. You can also manage Meta ad preferences directly at facebook.com/adpreferences.
7. Communications and Opt-Out
By submitting a quote request you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us about your request and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us using the details below.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, and to opt out of certain profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To opt out of our advertising tracking and the sharing of your information with Meta and similar advertising partners, use our cookie/tracking settings on the site, or contact us using the details below. To exercise any other rights, contact us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with similar laws have specific rights under those laws, and may appeal a denial by replying to our response).
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Please review it periodically.
